30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@zoivet.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zoivet.store. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
